TikTok Sounds

When making videos with capcut i download videos from tiktok using the sounds I want.

However when i use certain sounds and try to upload I get a notification saying my video will be muted for copyright? Is there any way around this as I am obviously downloading video from tiktok so you would think everything would be ok?
