Is this Tiktok account legitimate?

Hey! I've been following this content creator for a very long time, most of their videos are english TTS over a video of Chinese origin, and are alll set in the same place. I had always assumed it was a Xiaohongshu reupload account that could be ran by the original owner. There's been a large uptick in content that isn't set in it's usual location being posted to it's account, but with the same theme. I'm wondering, is this a content reuploading farm? Or just op cross posting? They do collect donations via tiktok gifts.
