Growing followers

I've been consistently posting for about 6 months now and my videos stick generally to 1 of 3 topics, food, drink reviews (bourbon/beer) and sports but I seem to have hit a wall. Very rarely will a video get over a few hundred views and once I hit 1k followers its stalled. I've gained 61 followers in 2 months.

My question is do I narrow down the lanes to just 1 or stick with the 3 and try to increase quality?
