uninstalled the app until the issue is fixed

The app ruined 2 phones of mine already, one of them is completely fried and the other one I had to factory reset resulting in me loosing 6 years worth of memories and stuff. and last night my tablet was the last victim... same issue of the device constantly turning on and off over and over again and me not being able to do ANYTHING to save the device from its inevitable fate of factory reset. but what shocks me is that this issue is still not fixed even though I've seen people having the same problem with the app since forever.. why is it hard to not make the app a ticking bomb.... just wanted to vent my frustration..
