How can I contact tiktok?

I have an account from when I was younger that I no longer have access to and safe to say it’s super embarrassing and I don’t really want those videos to be public, how can I contact TikTok and prove that I am the same person so they could take it down. I’ve tried reporting that account because it was made when I was under 13 but nothing happened

You need to verify your email and password and phone number from when you had that account that is the only way the customer service is nothing but bots
