Having problem warming up my account

I created an account month ago, and from the beginning i couldn't like or follow or anything but was able to comment
last week i got busy, so i didn't login for like 10 days or more, now can't do anything except watching reels and videos, i tried to comment and it said "comment can't be sent, try again" but it didn't work no matter how many times i tried

anyone have being through this before, whzat do you think of it, also how to solve it? or should i just give it more time ?.
