Can friends see you join another person’s live?

So I have my live status off when I’m joining a stranger’s live in their panel as a guest. But I know TikTok has this feature where you have a For You page..and a “Following Only” page. And in that “Following” page I can see when my friends are live. So even if my Live Status is off, does my name still show up on the top of someone’s following page?
