Can’t switch to business account

As a creator, there’s no option to switch to business account. It gives a trial version and to keep the business account permanently you need to have a registered business and all that.

I mainly need the business account for Insights.

I might start a gumroad shop or something later but does that give a business ID. Will I be able to switch for business account for good then?
