Can't withdraw TikTok Live balance

Hello,

I stream on tiktok live and have around a few hundred dollars in my balance and i want to withdraw it. The problem is that whenever i go tap on balance, it doesn't give me the option to withdraw and only says exchange.

things i've already done:

• verified my identity
• verified my paypal

is there anything else I can do to get that withdraw button?
