Got scammed to hard on TikTok shop pls report the guy

In that bag was chicken bones and a used sandal trusted the seller since he had over 1k sales and had good reviews then I got this I’m so confused how this happened I tried getting a refund but his excuses are “oh you probably planted that there I’m a verified seller I would never”
