Arabic Followers - How to purge???

Had a post go mega viral on an account and got 300K followers in a day. A massive chunk is Arabic profiles that are following thousands of accounts, have maybe 10-20 followers of their own, and have 2-3 posts which are reposts. They just post nonstop emoji spam comments about allah and fu#king heart emojis. Is there any tool to remove them? I know twitter has tools and apps that will remove people according to thing like follow/follower ratios, number of posts, etc. Is there anything like that for TikTok?
