I'm not getting the comment image feature

I get the feature when I download the app and I can use it but then the next time I open the app it no longer gives me the option. I left a review on the app store about it but I'm not sure if it did much. I just want the feature because I'm missing out 😭 does this happen to anyone else?

I have it on some accounts but not others. I think you might have more success if you've verified a Google account and your phone number.
