Is this the usual support?

My account can't repost anymore, and yes I have deleted the data, reinstalled the app and restarted my phone I even tried it on my pc but the reposts just don't work anymore, they randomly stopped, I had tons of reposts. This support is totally useless, what can I do to get my account fixed so I can have my reposts back?
