Potential scam?

I was recently offered 800$ for my (active) account with around 19K followers and 5 mil. likes. I, of course, have no plans to accept either way, but it's simply got me really curious if it's a legitimate offer as, even though I'm not familiar with the going rates, 800$ seems like way too much for an account of relatively small size?

What do you guys think? Total scam, right?
