Tiktok videos glitching out samsung s24 - one ui 7.0

Just started happening today, this has happend with several different videos and I managed to screen record this as an example. In this video, the few frames of the video keep resetting and its unable to load. Also previous times this happened it wasnt instantly, sometimes this happend half way through the video Just wanted to spread the word and if anyone else is having this
