I feel insulted here on my own post

Idk if im being dumb but that is against tik tok guidlines right. And the fact that the only way i can get a follow from this person was if I followed them Which is dumb because when I follow someone who isn't a friend irl I dont expect a follow back ever but this guy expects me to follow him from my own post
