Where are all these ai detection accounts coming from?

I'm talking about accounts like this that are always relatively new (the first video from this account was posted September 3rd) and every video is promoting some ai detection software, usually including fake scenarios where they either used ai, but didn't get caught because of the software, or their professor is crazy and accusing people who didn't use ai, but they weren't failed because of the detector. Are they bot accounts? Are real people making them and getting some kind of kickback for them? Some third thing?
