I opened up my search on tiktok and noticed this, this has never happened to me before and honestly had me a bit weirded out, is this normal?

Tiktok has been glitching really bad here lately. Might because of the updates and them getting ready to sell to Orical. Happened quite a but for me. I even had to do the puzzle pieces and I never go live.
