any idea why? stuck at 0 views. first i got 2 views and got stuck then i deleted it and reuploaded it and now its 0. visible on my profile if checked from a different account. thanks

Try a different time zone, if it doesn't work, then try to edit again, because the same video can be detected by a ai TikTok, and try a different time zone again.
