how to set animated background while live broadcast?

Hi folks,

I'm broadcasting on TT. I've seen many of users making custom animated colorful background while doing live streaming on TT.

can anyone tell me how to do that? green-screen required or any other method? please reveal because my background is static and I can't change it on daily basis. neither the color of lights.
