I’m so confused. Is my appeal successful or unsuccessful?

And by the way, why did you suddenly decide that a 21 year old who joined TikTok in 2020 is not over the age of 18? It’s been 5 years, if I was 13, I should at least be 18. Especially when I am using ID verification, this makes no sense. I hate the specific appeal fail notification because it explicitly says “you are not over the age of 18.” Instead of admitting that it can be wrong sometimes. I don’t know what I’m missing out on.
