Gifts/Work on Live

Hey, guys! I do live streaming, and I wanted to ask a question in regards to TikTok's new policy on not "soliciting gifts". Usually I game, so I am not sure. But I do art and all kinds of stuff and want to branch out.

If I were to do something like mini paintings, or like tarot cards for example, and a gift is required to achieve that (like send a gift of x amount and receive a mini painting), does that count under their new rules?

They specifically mention not asking/begging in the live, and not doing things like "sleep" lives, where people say they'll only wake up for gifts.

I just want some more clarity, if doing a specific labor for someone who pays for it counts the same as begging for nothing?
