How to remove Ready to close TikTok?

I had ready to turn TikTok on for a while just to let myself know when to take a break but all of a sudden it now pops up no lie every 10 seconds. I tried to turn the feature off in settings reset the app and even re-download it but nothing works. I’m thinking of moving to yt shorts if I can’t fix this because it makes it impossible to watch and videos on TikTok

Omg same! It just started happening to me like minutes ago, i turned my screen time off and updated tiktok, but still continues.
