blocking and then unblocking?

hi, really random but recently ended a friendship. said ex-friend blocked me on tiktok which okay fine. however, i’ve noticed that there’s occasions when i’ll go onto my inbox to see what i’ve been sent and her account profile picture and name will flash up briefly and then change to “account not found”. this doesn’t happen all the time but it has done it multiple times over the last couple of months. is this person unblocking me, and then quickly blocking me again before i realise or is it a glitch with tiktok?
