I found this whole thing annoying and non-revelatory. This seems like a common sense analysis. He never really had dialogue with this dude who seemed pretty reasonable and capable of having a good faith discussion with the researcher…but the researcher was weird and pedantic about it. Would need to see the whole interview to draw a serious conclusion. But…eh…
