Are there Live Like bots?

I go live on tiktok on occasion and someone in my chat said they could get me to 5k likes on the stream. About 5ish minutes later, he said done and I was just over 5k likes. Can you multi like a stream or are there Live Like bots? Can I get in trouble if there are?
