Two accounts doxed my wife during a live. Has this ever happened to anyone?

My wife was doing a live to promote our business last night, when suddenly two different people joined and ask her if she lived in the building we live in. Both asked one after the other with the same strange spacing in the sentence. After looking at their account it looks like they were bots. Has this happened to anyone? Any way to prevent it?
