Why is my posts stuck at around 600-700 views?

I posted about memes. My last post was an hour ago. I made 84 likes and 13 favorite an hour, but it was stuck at 600-700 views for no reason. Is anyone know what the problems? My Tiktok account is @fckingmemehell666

i get paid for every 500 view video from my job, its solely tied to your account's algorithm. you need to post more before you hit a new ceiling. maybe in a few weeks you'll lbe at 700-800. Rn my ceiling is 300-400
