I'm genuinely confused

So I tried saving a video, but a random Playlist I did not create was there ? I'm genuinely confused. I did not create it, it's a private playlist, and while my friend suggested it might be for videos eith a location (which would make sense right ?) It only appear under that one very specific video. Does anyone has any explanation ?
