New user here: are these bugs common?

I am a new user who joined TikTok a few months ago and there have seen some pretty weird things happening with the app.

First, I started following an account and a day later I couldn't find it. The following day, this account suddenly appears on "for you" feed, however, few hours later I couldn't find again as if I was blocked. A month after that, the same account appears again.

Secondly, started following an account with over 1 k videos, one day when I search for it , there are no videos as if the owner had deleted everything. Some time after, I see the very same account with all it's videos again.

Is all of it normal on TikTok?
