Account hacked

Got an email my tiktok username was changed and I was logged out of my tik tok account. It looks like someone just wanted my username, it’s literally nothing special so I’m confused. They remove my email from the account so I can’t get back in and I don’t post nor have any followers so this has me to believe that they just wanted my username because another account has it now. Honestly they could’ve just asked because the username has no meaning to me it was just random.

My question is — how do I get back into the account? I have a ton of collections like recipes, books, and movies I reference to often and I would like to not lose those.
