Is it possible to add a phone number to a TikTok account via PC app?

I had my phone stolen and so I got a new one, with this new one came a new phone number. I also forgot the password to the email which I had logged in on and trying to reset that is like trying to put a 12 ft square block in a 2 ft round hole. It just doesn’t work.
