FYP Broke?

Recently, my for you page just completely reset, I have 0 clue how or why. I had it neatly curated to my interests but all of a sudden it’s showing me stuff i wouldn’t care about, like it got reset or something. You know when you haven’t edited your fyp to show u content ur actually interested in, and its only showing popular, ‘funny’ videos? It’s like that.. I don’t know why or how but I wanna know if this happened to anyone else and how I can fix it
