Tiktok starts to lag with use

I've noticed that if I use tiktok forore than 30 mins it starts to lag, mainly when swiping to the next video or opening up comments. If I keep using the app it gets worse and worse until Its unusable. If I stop using it for like 10 min it will go back to normal. I'm on a pixel 9, js wondering if this has happened to anybody else and if so have they fixed it.
