How can I go live on TikTok from my MacBook Pro?

I make MMA/UFC content on an account with 1500 followers and want to go live on weekdays but also during fight nights. I’m wondering is there a way to go live from my Mac, I’ve seen something about a streaming key but can’t seem to find it.
