TikTok Promote Error?

Hi! Trying to promote a TikTok post and getting the error message below for several weeks now. All functions of the app and website work just fine, and I only get this message when I try to promote on the web. I try to do it that way because the Apple service fees when you do it in the app are atrocious. I have seen a few other posts about this, but they got this message anytime they tried to access on web at all, so wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why I just can't access the promote page. I have cleared cookies. Thanks!
