Can’t view date of birth or have streaks

Hey,

I found out streaks don’t work for me, I thought it might be due to some sort of age verification issue but when i check my account info it doesn’t even state my date of birth anywhere to begin with.

Additionally, when trying to set and verify a phone number it never sends out the verification code text. Email works though.

Is my account cursed? Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
