Uhh is TikTok collaborating with ICE now

My friend sent me a video on private chat. I replied with a quote from the video and TikTok wouldn't let me send it. Unless this phrase has some kind of significance in Chinese culture, it seems like TikTok won't allow you to speak negatively about the US border wall! Has anyone else seen something like this?
