I think the red ones are typically common searches people do on whatever video you hit search on. The others can be recent searches, or common searches, or things people in your algorithm are searching.

There's a recently watched history in activity settings if you wanna see the recently watched videos, comments, and likes

If its cleared, its def bc they dont want to be caught watching / searching something

I’ve never seen those kind of searches on mine or my 2 kids (23f an 16m so not little kids) accounts. I see you went through recently watched history and just so you know you can delete those one by one so not every video will show up.

I keep getting these weird ass search recommendations all very creepy and the account is brand new
