Add background music on pc that won't get copyrighted?

Hi, what's the best way to add background music on pc that won't get copyrighted? I'd like some music in the background of my videos while I talk. I've been using CapCut on pc to edit but one of the music files in their library got me copyrighted and audio muted. Should I just buy lofi music from somewhere to use?
