Unable to log in to account, error: unrecognized device.

Hello, I decided to ask here, as this is the first time I've encountered this problem. I accidentally deleted the app at night, and after reinstalling it, I tried to log in again, but when I used the password that I thought was correct, I got an error. After trying to reset it and registering a new password, I got an error saying that my device was unrecognized. I also tried to log in to the web version, but I got the same error there. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
