Delete all social media for 4 months. Then try it again. You’ll immediately see how ridiculous people including yourself look. I did this and haven’t had social media for 2 years. Besides the occasional Reddit. I cringe so bad for people in public even when I see them taking photos of their food. Such a simple thing but man I’m so disappointed.
