Live stream history

On a TikTok profile it has the little live icon and shows the history of when the creator has gone live in the past 30 days. I enabled notifications (and double check settings on my phone and profile were good) as I always miss their lives but just noticed I missed one again and wasn’t notified. If a creator is going live but is selecting specific followers as their audience instead of all followers, would that still show up in their live history?? Just trying to figure out why I can’t catch a livestream of theirs yet :/
