The agents approached Parias and ordered him to exit the vehicle, court documents say, alleging he began moving the car forward and back, “making contact” with the other vehicles. The back of the car began to fishtail and his spinning tires created large plumes of smoke, causing the agents “to fear that Parias would successfully dislodge the Camry … and injure them”, the complaint states.
Ah yes, I'm sure that's how the physics of cars work for someone trying to ram into ice.
Essayli said, “Vehicles are deadly weapons," after he openly admitted he had boxed Parias in with TWO "deadly vehicle weapons." An agent then broke a side window on Parias' vehicle & opened fire on Parias...for trying to speed away from Essayli's deadly car weapons.
