Is there anyway to get over copyright on tiktok???

I have a specific part of a song for my video (for my ocs)and apparently the sound got copyrighted and got muted, what I usually did before was just make the same audio again but make it my sound so it worked and now tiktok keeps saying it’s copyrighted and won’t even let me change the sound without a stupid warning. Is there anyway to get past this because it’s starting to piss me tf off
