Might have found an actual account from the DPRK

(Sorry if this is not for the sub I just wanna talk about this and don’t know where to put it exactly so I’m gonna try here) About 5 days ago a TikTok on my fyp showed a man filming his apartment room that looks to be in North Korea, it’s in very low quality and I don’t know if it’s AI or not and everyone else is confused in the comment section, his tiktoks can’t be saved and they recently posted a new one with a piece of paper on it with something written on it and I can’t even see what’s on the paper being of the quality. I hear no one talking about it so I thought I talk about it. What do yall think?
