Tiktok shadowban after using their promotion feature

I started a new TikTok account clipping Kick streamers. I wanted to see how the paid promotion works so I spent 5 bucks on views for a specific clip. The next thing you know, every single clip I posted became restricted after I paid for the promotion, and any new clip I post instantly gets flagged.

The funny thing is, they literally don't specify any reason as to why they are getting flagged 😂
What on earth are they at?
