Sudden Russian videos on tiktok?

I’m English, in the UK, no VPN but suddenly I am getting video after video after video in Russian (I think). Is this happening to anyone else?

Not on Instagram but I opened Snapchat spotlight a few weeks ago and all the videos were Indian Bollywood clips and I mean ALL of them
