Optimal method for posting clips?

As the title says, I'm planning on posting clips from livestreams and was wondering whats the most optimal method. I know Tiktok has weird automation and an interesting algorithm (I've posted very casually before), but I wanted to give it a decent shot this time around. A few points of interest I'm looking for insight on;

Video Layout- Horizontal vs Vertical, Edited vs Raw, specific sounds and captions

Uploading- Whether it should be posted at specific times everyday, scheduling posts, daily posts vs every 2/3days

Reuploading Clips- Deleting and reposting clips, posting cilps on different accounts and whether they should be edited different to prevent detection.

Captions- Importance of hashtags, both on screen captions for text and descriptions, emojis or not.

Any information surrounding any of this would be greatly appreciated.
