I can’t upload photos in the comments anymore

I used to be able to put photos in the comment section, but for some reason, TikTok took it away. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.

And I’m not sure if it’s a device problem or just my account. Because even on my other account, I can’t comment photos.
